This is Yacmo's sign post, it is located along soroti road at Nakaloke trading centre, 5miles from Mbale town. The sign post should be easily visible to any new face in this part of mbale.

Yacmo Programs and activities

Christian evangelism and church development, christian counselling, education plus training, modernization of agricultural production, outreach and support to the disadvantaged orphans, vulnerable children, widows and other women, church planting, training of pastors and youth, HIV/AIDS impact mitigation and control.

Yacmo's Vision

To bring the youth together into a living relationship with God and each other through Jesus Christ by preaching, teaching, healing, social economic transformation and enabling them grow in faith to live life purposely and in fullness.

Introduction

Youth for Action Christian Ministry is a not for profit organization based in Mbale district in eastern Uganda. It was created in 2001 by Reverend John Kitts Mukasa and its major aims and objectives are to empower the vulnerable youth, women and children... YACMO is a legally registered Non Governmental Organization/limited company by guarantee and not having a share capital.YACMO's board of directors include:Pr John Kitts Mukasa, Mr Mpanga Xavier. Mr Lawrence Mazaki, Mrs Margret Jennifer, Miss Mary Nantongo and Mr Emmanuel Alinga.
